DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS NOTICE
July 13, 2017
In accordance with district procedures and records retention guidelines, the following special education records housed at the Menifee County Board of Education will be destroyed: Special Education Due Process Records for former students whose year of birth is 1994 or before OR the last Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) meeting was more than three (3) years ago. Records to be destroyed are older records; this notice does not apply to any current student with special needs. Any person desiring a copy of his or her records before destruction must contact Dawn Hardeman at 768-8005, e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org or contact in person at the board office no later than August 30, 2017.
Please note that former students may need this information for Social Security, Disability or employment purposes at some point.
