If you want to use some of these activities for your first week procedures please do.  All students will get an agenda book.

The most common need teachers identify for greater student achievement is better organization. This year's agendas should help. New this year:

1) onTRAC (THINK, RECORD, ACT, CHECK) planning system--This research-based planning system helps student plan their evening and get more done. It includes:

a) dvd video to show at the beginning of the year (4-5 minutes) showing students the basics of onTRAC Planning
b) Weekly agenda spaces to THINK, RECORD, ACT, and CHECK.
c) User-guide in the front of the agenda
d) Interactive lessons online for students at www.premiercampus.com where students can print the worksheet, watch a video (many from You Tube) and answer questions.

e) Downloadable lesson plans and blackline masters for homeroom, advisory, etc.
f) Monthly family newsletters to enlist parents in teaching these skills at home.

2) Other aids at www.premiercampus.com
a) Quick starts for supplements and agenda use (look in the back of your agenda to see the supplements your school has chosen to address study skills, character, etc.

b) Best Practices
c) Assessment tools, surveys, etc.
