Class Description:
2nd grade students will build upon their basic knowledge of art by exploring concepts such as create tones and shades, how art affects emotions and how can tell a story. After Christmas vacation students will study drama and music.

  • This Week's Project
    Go on a hunt for natural and man made objects. Bring them back to the classroom and sort them into shape museums (natural and man made). Trace the outlines and discuss the differences you see in the shapes and types of lines you used. Color shapes and create a background.
