Training for Volunteers

This training is open to anyone who wants to volunteer in our schools for any reason such as field trips, dances, PTO, in the schools, etc.  The training for volunteers will be tomorrow September 1st at 6:00PM at the Board Office.  You will need to attend this training in order to be able to volunteer.

School funding is based on student attendance and studies show that good attendance improves academic achievement. Please help us in our effort to get every student to school every day!

12th Annual Prayer Walk for Menifee County Schools

Students and staff from Menifee K-8, Botts and MCHS met on Thursday, August 13th for the 12th Annual Prayer Walk for Menifee County Schools.  Participants prayed for safety and blessings in the 2015-16 school year.

Community Center Meeting room located next to IGA

The purpose of this meeting is to give the community information about the future of Menifee County Schools.  Questions and comments from the audience will be allowed after the presentations.


 

The Menifee County School District has banned all types of laser pointers effective immediately.  These pointers are banned from each school building, all school property and all school events.  These pointers have proven to be very dangerous and can cause bodily harm.  If you have any questions, please call the Central Office at 768-8002.  Thank you.   

Menifee County Schools Uniform Code of Student Conduct Handbook

Dear Parents and Students,

Welcome to the first Menifee County Schools Student Code of Conduct Handbook!  It is our hope that this handbook will not only provide information about our expectations for students, but will also serve as a means of informing you of all the programs the Menifee County School District and our collaborative community agencies provide to our students and families.  We want the handbook to be useful to you and hope you will refer to it throughout the year. If you have ideas for other issues we should address in our handbook, please don’t hesitate to contact us with your input.  This is your handbook!

We are getting close to the end of the school year and we would like to remind all parents that they can access the Infinite Campus Parent Portal to check the progress of their student. You can access this by clicking on the IC Parent/Student Login listing under Quick Links on our website.

All After School Activities Cancelled

All after school activities, except MCHS Track (away meet), Baseball (away game) and Softball (practice at park), have been cancelled this afternoon.

Menifee County Board of Education Regular February Meeting Postponed

The regular February Board Meeting for this Thursday the 19th has been rescheduled for Thursday the 26th, due to the weather.

All schools in Menifee County will be on regular schedule Wednesday, January 28, 2015
Menifee County Schools will be on a 2 Hour Delay Monday, November 17, 2014
All Menifee County Little League Soccer Games Canceled 10/4/2014

All Little League soccer games in Menifee County are canceled for Saturday 10/4 due to weather related concerns.

Last Chace Menifee Co. Youth Soccer Sign-Ups

Tomorrow Wednesday September 10th will be the last opportunity to sign-up Menifee County Students for soccer in grades Kindergarten to 5th Grade.  The sign-ups will be held at Botts Elementary School from 3-5 PM.  The cost is $35 and players must have a physical before the first practice.

Menifee Co. Youth Soccer Sign-Ups

Menifee Co. Youth Soccer will be hosting sign-ups this Saturday 9/6/2014 from 10am-12pm in the MES Gym.  Menifee Youth Soccer is now being managed by Mike Bailey and he can be contacted at 606-768-2109.

KDE Menifee Elementary K-8 Survey

The purpose of this survey is to find out your opinions about MES K-8. Read each statement and choose the response that most closely matches your opinion. Please answer each item honestly. Your responses will be completely confidential.


The Menifee County School District would like to sincerely thank everyone that helped with the cleanup of Menifee Elementary and Menifee County High School. Many community members joined staff to remove water, mop and clean items. It's important to have so many good people partnering with our schools!
