It is difficult to believe that half of our school year is gone. We have had a great first semester and are excited to continue our progress. This is the time of year where attendance is crucial. We need students at school every day, except when they are sick. Class work can be made up, but students miss so much conversation and explaination when they are absent. After reviewing the second report card, I urge you to discuss goals and celebrate accomplishments with your child. If there is an area of concern, contact teachers to schedule a meeting to find out how you can help your child excel. When we all work together, our students succeed. Remember, it takes EVERY WILDCAT, EVERY DAY, to see the true potential in our children. I look forward to working with each of you to continue to make this our best school year ever.
