Home School Notice

Notice to Parents who intend to home school in Menifee County:

KRS 159.160 requires that parents of children who are home schooled notify the Superintendent of Menifee County Schools, Tim Spencer, in writing, within 10 days of the beginning of the school year.  The letter must include the name, ages, and residence of each child in attendance of the home school.  When informing the State Manager of your desire to home school, you must create a ‘school’ name or be in an already established home school.
