DESTRUCTION OF RECORDS NOTICE
MENIFEE COUNTY SCHOOLS
SPECIAL EDUCATION RECORDS


In accordance with district procedures and records retention guidelines, the following special education records housed at the Menifee County Board of Education will be destroyed: Special Education Due Process Records for former students whose year of birth is 1992 or before OR students whose last Admissions and Release Committee (ARC) meeting was more than three (3) years ago. Any person desiring a copy of his or her records before destruction must contact Dawn Hardeman at 768-8005, e-mail dawn.hardeman@menifee.kyschools.us or contact in person at the board office no later than May 30, 2014.
