Stephanie Rhodes

 

Stephanie Rhodes is currently serving as Assistant Director of Personalized Learning for the Menifee County School District. She is a 1988 graduate from Menifee County High School and is honored to have the opportunity to work in her hometown. This is her twenty-fifth year in education. Mrs. Rhodes served as a seventh grade ELA special education teacher in the Franklin County School District in her first year of teaching. She has served as a special education teacher in the Menifee County School District in Headstart through fourth grade at Botts Elementary School and Menifee County Elementary Schools. In addition, Mrs. Rhodes served as the Achievement and Compliance Coach from 2019 through June 2025. She serves on KEDC’s IEP Development Fidelity Team, has her TPOT certification, and is Check & Connect Certified. She has attended several trainings through KEDC and Ashland RTC, as well as The Fall Leadership Conference and KY DoSE Institute. Mrs. Rhodes has had the opportunity to attend national conferences in Portland, OR and Nashville, TN with her district team. She enjoys going to church, the outdoors, and spending time with her family and friends, along with their golden retriever, Ranger.
