Joshua L. Kincaid currently serves as the Superintendent of Menifee County Schools. Prior to this role, he spent five years as the district’s Director of Personalized Learning and three years as Assistant Superintendent. Before moving into district leadership, Mr. Kincaid dedicated eleven years to serving as an Exceptional Child Instructor at both the elementary and secondary levels in Powell and Clark Counties.

Mr. Kincaid earned a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Eastern Kentucky University in 2003 and began his professional career as a Lexington police officer, serving for six years. In 2009, he completed a Master’s in Learning Behavior Disorders from Georgetown College, transitioning to a career in education. He later earned an Educational Specialist degree from the University of the Cumberlands in 2018 and completed his Superintendent certification through Asbury University.

Outside of his professional responsibilities, Mr. Kincaid enjoys spending quality time with his wife and four children and is an active member of his church community.
