In this course you will read short stories and novels, autobiographies, speeches and other types of nonfiction, poems and plays. The works come from a broad range of time periods and cultures. As you read and analyze the literature, you will become more skilled interpreters of literature and the world in which we live.

    1. Bring materials to class and be on time.

    2. Use electronics appropriately under the direction of the instructor/teacher.

    3. Be alert, aware, attentive, participate in class from bell to bell.

    4. Use school appropriate and respectful language.

    5. Follow the dress code policy.

    Misbehaviors will be logged into Infinite Campus.

     

    CLASSROOM PROCEDURES

     

    1.     Use lined white paper.

    2.     Use black/blue ink or pencil

    3.     Make-up work is your responsibility.

    4.     All work must have name and date in right-hand corner.

    5.     Throw trash away at the end of class.
